
Last month, I was honored to be given a tour of the Healthy Habits Kitchen by its owner, Sue Schochet.
Healthy Habits Kitchen, or "HHK" for short, creates affordable, nutritional, ready-to-cook meals for busy families (like mine)! As a working mom, it's my dream to be able to provide home cooking in my Trenches without the grocery shopping and meal planning!
And all this can be done in just 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Review their mouth-watering menu and select either pickup or delivery of the meal kits.
Step 2: Receive the kits that contain everything needed to create a meal.
Step 3: Cook the meal according to the instructions.
Step 4: Enjoy a family dinner! All of the meals that HHK provides contain no more than 400 calories per serving, less than 30% fat, and no more than 800mg of sodium. WIN.
HHK also hosts private parties (you supply the wine!) and provides a meal registry service--why not give the gift of food?!
