it came from my Betty Crocker's Great Grilling Cookbook.
Peppery Teriyaki Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T. water
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. oil
2 t. brown sugar
1/4 t. coursely ground pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Whisk together. Put steaks in gallon ziploc bag and pour in marinade. Refrigerate several hours. The steaks were very, very tender! D-E-L-I-S-H!
